Entry Rules
All entry forms to be delivered or sent to the Show Secretary by 4pm at the latest on Friday 29th August 2025. We are sorry we are unable to accept any entries after this time.

Entry for children is free of charge

Entry for adults is 50p per entry

Maximum of two entries per person per class. Only one certificate per person per class will be awarded.

All produce shown must be grown by entrants in their garden or allotment

Children can enter adult classes free of charge but there is no winning prize money in adult classes
-
Children win prize money for placing in children's classes of 50p for 1st Prize, 30p for 2nd Prize and 20p for 3rd Prize along with certificates.

All entries to be staged between 8am & 9.30am in the Recreation Field Marquee

If you wish to collect your entry please mark it with NFS sticker

Please put a sticker with children's age on all entries

All entrants have to leave the marquee while judging takes place.

Judging will start at 10am sharp

Viewing by entrants and the public will start at 1pm

Entries not for sale, certificates and prize money for children can be collected from 4pm.

4.15pm Raffle

4.30pm Presentation of Cups/Trophies

4.45pm Auction of donated entries

We hope you will take part in the auction and help raise money for this year's charity and running costs of next year's show.

The Judge's decision is final

Whilst every care will be taken, the Produce and Handicraft Show Committee will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the exhibits, containers or any other items belonging to the exhibitors.

Please put a NFS (Not for Sale) label on your entry only if you can't be in the tent at 3.45pm to collect them and would like the item put aside from the auction. Please collect all NFS items by the end of the auction at approximately 4.30pm when the marquee is cleared.
